The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo is a 3-minute walk from JR Shinagawa Station Takanawa Exit. The hotel offers free whirlpool-bath and sauna facilities as well as free WiFi.

For safety reasons, a baby cot is only available for infants up to 10 months old.

Children aged 6–12 and below can only use the Sauna and bath under adult supervision of the same gender. Children aged five and below are not allowed to use these facilities.

The fitness gym will be temporarily closed from March 18th, 2025, 23:00 to March 19th, 07:00 due to carpet replacement work.

Please note that from 01:00 to 05:00 on January 7 , 2026, and January 13, 2026 the following facilities are unavailable due to a power outage : The WiFi, air conditioning and lifts.

Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.
